My Recent Easy Everyday Makeup

Hello beauties. Today I want to tell you about my super easy, everyday, simple makeup look that I have been doing. It’s more or a “no makeup” makeup look. Lately I have been working a ton and different shifts on top of it, so most days I’m out the door heading to work at 5:30 am. So since I am barely conscience that time of day, I still want to look put together but effortless. Now on some days I will just waitress in the evening and that gives me more time to play. But this has been my majority rules look.

So after my skincare is done, I have been opting for tinted moisturizer. My skin has been a little congested lately because I have been a little under the weather so I want to keep everything light and breathable. With that being said, I have been opting for a BB Cream. I have been grabbing my ELF BB cream in beige, Target $6. This is a gorgeous lightweight BB cream that has really good coverage.

Concealer is also from Elf, it is the maximum coverage concealer in tan, Target $3. I like this under my eyes, around my nose, and any places that need spot concealed. They blend perfectly into the skin.

For an occasional color corrector I have been using the Essence no more redness in the shade green to correct around my nose, Ulta $2.99. I put this on under the Elf concealer. This really cancels out redness. The pencil is super creamy and very blendable.

For bronzer I have been using a cream and a powder. I apply the cream first to lightly contour, set my whole face, then using the powder bronze for an all over bronze. The cream bronzer that I love is the Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge-On Makeup in Cappuccino, $37.50. This product is really creamy and beautiful on the skin. It’s accually a foundation but I love it to contour with. For powder bronzer, I have been loving the matte bronzer in the It cosmetics CC+ radiance palette, It cosmetics website $38. Blends out and gives the skin a nice sun kissed bronze.

To set my entire face I have gone back to my favorite loose powder. The ELF HD powder in sheer, Target $6. This is the translucent shade. I just found that it comes in two other colors, corrective yellow and a light peach color in soft luminance. So I will definitely be picking those up. This powder is so finely milled and a silky texture which is great for setting the face without adding a layer that can cake up on you throughout the day.

Highlighter is one of the things I enjoy in makeup at the moment. Highlight and brows. For highlighter I have been grabbing my Mac mineralized skin finish in soft and gentle, Mac cosmetics $33. It’s a soft glow and beautiful. Now you know I like a glow that you can see from the international space station, but lately I have been living the glow from within look.

My brows are the same when I do full face of light easy looks. The brows are the windows to the face. Also your brows should be sisters not twins. Sometimes mine are strangers on a train to nowhere but oh well, I still love it. The brow pencil that doesn’t let me down is the NYX microbrow in ash brown, Ulta $9.99. I use this alone or in conjunction with a gel, powder, cream, or wax. It’s my holy grail product. Lately I have been growing out my brows a bit so I can change the shape a little and this pencil helps tremendously. To set the brows I have been using the Essence make me brow in browny brows, Ulta $2.99. This is a fiber brow mascara that allows the brow to look fuller without extra product.

Mascara has been the one I go back to over and over again. I keep at least two in my backup drawer. It’s the Jordana best lash extreme in black, Walgreens $3.49. It doesn’t flake or smear.

So that’s my basic easy daily makeup products I have been using lately. Sticking with this will allow me to use up some much needed products. Thank you so much for stopping by. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe.

Current favorite new products

Hey folks, today I want to share some of my favorite products that I have not talked about before. Some are newly added to my life, and some I have had for a while and are just now getting around to using them and fell in love. You know the whole “where have you been all my life” when in reality it was in my not yet used drawer under my 4 tubes of back stock of the Jordana best lash extreme mascara (couldn’t find it for a while so when I did, I went a little fan girl) no judgment right, good. So these are items that I have been loving and have been in regular heavy rotation.

PRIMER

Clinique Pore refining solutions instant perfector. I use this primer on my cheeks and around my nose to fill in pores and fine lines without clogging. It is a flesh tone color but it doesn’t show up on the skin once it is blended in. A little goes a really long way. If you use too much, it will ball up on you so be careful. This is the same as the Benefit porefessional primer if you have used that one before and it’s a 2/3 of the cost. You can get this at Clinique counter and online Clinique.com $21.

CONCEALER

Essence say no to redness concealer (I purchased mine at Ulta for only $2.99)is a color correcting crayon. it is super creamy and melts right into the skin. Very blendable. I use it around and on the tip of my nose before I put on my foundation. The green color that I picked up, which they have other color correcting shades as well, helps counteract redness. I tend to get a little red around that area.

Elf HD lifting concealer in light. I love this little concealer and you can get it at target for $3.00. The shade is light but it’s not really light, it’s only a shade lighter than my skintone which makes it great for a everyday highlight under the eyes. Can’t beat that price and definitely worth the try. It is very blendable and so pretty under the eye. It’s not full coverage, but I love it to highlight under the eyes. Thinner that the NYX HD concealer, which I love as well.

FOUNDATION

Milani conceal and perfect foundation in 07 Sand (CVS $9.99). This foundation smells so good to me lol. It has a mousse consistence which is really good for people with larger pores. I do really have to set this makeup because the consistency can cause the foundation to move a little on the skin. gives the skin a nice healthy finish.

EX1 invisiwear foundation in F400 (lookfantastic.com $16.00). This is the perfect foundation for olive skin tone. It has a beautiful satin finish. It melts flawlessly into the skin. Once it is set with a powder, this foundation doesn’t budge. I wear this almost every time I wear makeup. I could use F300 but since I have the nyx mixer, I don’t have to purchase different shades.

NYX pro foundation mixer in white (9.99 at Ulta, I found mine at a beauty supply store that carry nyx, but you can also fins it at ulta and target) I love to this to mix with my foundations that are currently too dark. This product doesn’t change the texture or finish of you foundation. You can mix it with any cream or liquid product to lighten the shade. This is great because liquid and cream products have a short shelf life, so I like to use them all year long so none goes to waste, and this product allows that. I just mix it on a stainless steel mixing palette and its good to go.

BROWS

Essence make me brow eyebrow mascara in the color browny brows (Ulta $2.99). Although essence is a very inexpensive brand, the products I have tried from them are really good. I mean what are you losing when you try these products at such a great price. If you don’t like it, give it to a friend. This brow mascara has a tiny wand that really gets into the brows. Also has fibers that helps the brow look fuller without having to over draw them in. I use this to set my brows and also I use it alone on no makeup days.

NYX eyebrow gel in brunette (Ulta $6.99). When you put this on your brown, they will not budge. With this product, a little goes a really long way. I love that it comes in a juicy tube so you don’t have to worry about the product drying out like if it was in a pot, and since you use so little, it will last forever.

POWDERS

NYX HD finishing powder in banana (Ulta $9.99). I love this for my under eye. This brightens under the eye and is so finely milled. I don’t experience any caking with this powder. The banana shade is very pale compared to the Ben Nye banana powder which can be a too yellow if you add too much.

Ulta illuminating powder in yellow diamond (Ulta $10). I love this on its own, on top of a liquid highlighter, and mixed with another powder highlighter. If you want to glow to the Gods, then this is the illuminator for you. You can go from lit from within to lit from space with one powder, all you have to do is keep layering.

Rimmel Maxi bronzer in sun love (walgreens, idk if its discontinued cause I can’t find it anywhere). This is a very effortless everyday bronzer. I just use my fluffy short handle mineral powder brush and just dust it around the perimeter of my face and down the sides of my nose. Beautiful color.
